Monica is the founder and CEO of Ingenium in Movement (www.ingeniuminmovement.com), a platform where individuals embark themselves in a self-discovery journey to develop their potential and capacity to be resilient and resourceful, with confidence and excitement.

Our unique coaching blend brings together 20 years of experience in business– from change management to strategic consulting – with the most transformational mindfulness and wellbeing practices. Monica has held executive positions in multinational organisations around the world while developing her own business projects, specialised in:

Monica discovered mindfulness two decades ago while developing her career in a result-driven and high-demanding corporate environment, bringing her a sense of freedom, inner-peace and calmness to her life that has accompanied her ever since.

Besides her coaching and mentoring practice, she teaches and hosts retreats and workshops internationally, offering movement-led practices with other disciplines such as sound therapy, breathwork, meditation and energy healing.

During her career, she has lived and worked in 4 continents and speaks 7 languages. She is currently based in London, United Kingdom. She and loves spending time in nature, sharing food with her loved ones over insightful conversation and expanding her horizons through traveling, learning and sharing stories.
